1976
Started business in Hong Kong, major in traditional Time-Recorders.
1984
Achieved leading position in Time-Recorder sales in the industry.
1987
UBM was appointed authorized agent for watchman clock of the Japanese brand AMANO and the Germany BENZING respectively.
1988
Building upon the experience from NIDEKA, UBM established our own brand LUCKS.
1990
Official opening of our first factory in China.
1991
UBM succeeded in winning the appointment by the SIMPLEX group in USA as OEM manufacturer for their STELLAR time-recorders.
1993
Sale Office formed in Mainland China, launched products under Timmy and Timepower in PRC.
1995
UBM made significant achievements in both overseas as well as mainland China markets.
2000
Moving into the security sector by launching the first Guard Tour System, "The Guard series".
2005
Launch the first Biometric Fingerprint Time and Attendance System.
Launch the first IT Time and Attendance product - Money 1000, marking the successful transition from traditional Time-Recorders to IT Time and Attendance Systems.
2006
UBM beats other contenders and won the project of supplying fingerprint time and attendance system for Sands Hotel Macao under the American Venetians Group.
2007
Succeeded in winning the appointment by the world's biggest publicly traded real estate investment trust: LINK REIT as supplier and system integrator for the electronic patrol monitoring system in all of their managed properties and car parks.
2008
UBM formed the own fingerprint & IT, R&D, and OEM development team, and products have obtained CE approval successively.
2009
The subsidiary business of UBM has obtained ISO9001:2008 approval. UBM successfully combined the technologies of traditional time-recorders and fingerprint recognition in developing the standalone hybrid fingerprint verification card-printing time-recorder NU-81 which obviates buddy punching.
2010-2019
UBM partakes as an exhibitor at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair.
2014
Launch the first multi-biometric (Face and Fingerprint), RFID Card, and Password Identification Time Attendance and Access Control Terminal.
2016
Launch our new UT Series fingerprint access control, including metallic case waterproof UTF-80.
2017
New cloud time attendance platform for end-user and distributors "UnionCloud TA" released.
2019
UBM succeeded in winning an appointment by one of the largest private power companies in the Asia Pacific region trust: CLP Group as supplier and system integrator for the electronic patrol monitoring system.
2020
Launched the first Body Temperature Detection Access Control Terminal, NRT-D38, and NRT-D39.
