Fingerprint Device

Why can't I punch in with my registered finger?

Retry after wetting your finger with a sponge damper pad. If the problem persists, contact your administrator on the device, then delete or re-register into the existing record. In practice, we recommend having two to three fingerprints registered for redundancy.

Why is my device encountering Connection Lost/ Failed registration/ Time synchronization problems/ Device fail to charge/ No sound notifications?

Contact your dealer for maintenance, do not attempt to repair on your own.

Why can't I export data from the device?

For network connected devices, check the internet connection. For standalone devices, check if the USB drive file system is FAT32.

Facial Recognition Device

Why can't the device recognize my face?

The verification process can be affected by the environment and light, position the device in at an optimal height (usually 1.3m off the ground) and ensure proper illumination . If the problem persists, contact your administrator on the device, then delete or re-register into the existing record.

Time Recorder

Our facility is known to have power outages, how can we take attendance?

Certain models of time recorders come with backup battery or can be supplemented with an Uninterruptible Power Supply, please check with your vendor.

Does my time recorder support leap year/ leap month calendar?

Yes, all our time recorders are pre-programmed with a perpetual calendar and it will auto-adjust as long as the time and date are set correctly.

Can I use another brand of time cards on my time recorder?

We highly recommend our own time cards to ensure optimal operation as time cards come in different formats and thicknesses therefore may result in the misprint of on a different row or jamming.

Access Control

How can access control system work?

Access control system had threaten, unlock and defend functions.

Can my access control device connect with external alarms?

Yes it can.

Patrol System

How many patrol points can the system support?

Depending on the models, our devices can support 4000 or 8000 points, please contact your dealer for more information.

Why can't my patrol management device output data?

Reboot your device and retry. If the problem persists, clear the previous record and re-register.
